MarkItDaily is a personal habit-tracking tool that helps you check in with your daily actions and receive a monthly report on your patterns. By creating an account, you agree to the terms below. These terms are deliberately short and written in plain English.
What MarkItDaily is
A free-to-use web application where you define 3 to 7 daily actions, mark whether you did them each day, and get an emailed report at the start of each month showing your discipline score, patterns, and streaks. There are no social features, no public profiles, and no paid tiers today.
Your account
You sign in with Google or a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You can delete your account anytime from Settings, which permanently removes your profile, actions, check-ins, notes, and past reports.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your own personal habit tracking. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use the service for anything illegal. We may suspend or delete accounts that do.
Your data
Your check-in data, actions, and notes belong to you. We use them to generate your reports and nothing else. We do not sell data, show ads, or share information with third parties beyond what is necessary to run the service (Google for sign-in, Supabase for storage, Resend for emails, Vercel for hosting). See our Privacy Policy for details. You can export your data as JSON anytime from Settings.
Service as-is
MarkItDaily is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uptime, that emails will arrive, or that reports will be delivered on time. Use your own judgment. If you rely on this to track something important, keep a backup.
Limitation of liability
MarkItDaily and anyone associated with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Your sole remedy if the service does not work for you is to stop using it and delete your account.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
